The event will begin with a raffle event in the gymnasium at Blue Springs High School.  Doors will open at 12:00 pm.  This is an opportunity for parents and family members to grab their seats early as the gymnasium will have limited seating.

Prior to the raffle event drawings, there will be a celebration of parent volunteers with the announcement of the recipients of the GR Attitude Gratitude Service Award.  This award recognizes the parent volunteers that have gone above and beyond in helping the program succeed.

Raffle prizes will be provided by some amazing sponsors.  This allows 100% of the revenue from raffle ticket sales to go back to supporting the activities of the Blue Springs Department of Bands.

At the conclusion of the raffle event, one of the Blue Springs middle school bands will begin performing at 2:30 pm.

The Golden Regiment will then take to the gym floor to perform some traditional music arrangements and then to perform the year's show for the final time.
