A driving force behind the success of the Blue Springs band program is a Culture of Unstoppable Commitment. 

 

This motto is prominently displayed in the band room and is a topic that the band staff have invested a lot of time in building for future successes.

The band program's culture is built around a determination to never give anything less than your best and to always strive to give the extra effort needed to be great.

This culture also emphasizes that today's successes were made possible because of the work of previous generations in building a better program at Blue Springs High School.  The students should continue to strive for their best so they can offer those who come after them something they can continue to build upon.
