The Class A Winter Guard is the second performing group for the Winter Guard activity at Blue Springs High School.  This group will compete in Winter Guard International competitions through the Mid Continent Color Guard Association.

Auditions for the Class A Winter Guard will occur in late fall.

The Class A Guard rehearses outside of school in the afternoon and evenings starting in December.  The group will travel to competitions throughout the winter.  Winter Guard performances are held indoors.

The captivating performances provide additional growth and development for skills used during the marching season.  It is highly recommended that students participating in the Golden Regiment also participate in either the the Open Class or Class A Winter Guards.
