The Golden Regiment Invitational Marching Festival anticipates having over 4,000 spectators and band members on the campus of Blue Springs High School throughout the day. The only other dining options that will be available outside of the food truck pavilion will be through the stadium concourse concession stand.
Space for the 2025 Golden Regiment Invitational Marching Festival is limited. Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Acceptance into the festival is prioritized with the maximum of:

One "Full Menu Breakfast" vendor.

Two "Full Menu Lunch/Dinner" vendors.

One "Pastry/Coffee" vendor.

Two "Desserts/Snacks" vendors.

One "Specialty Drinks" vendor.
Sponsorship costs are $350 per vendor. Payment must be made by September 15th. In the event of total cancellation due to weather, the sponsorship costs will be refunded. Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card. Or, a check can be submitted via invoice.

Inclusion in the emailed spectator and director program guides.

An acknowledgement in our program book (GRI and Season Highlights).

An acknowledgement in the sponsors section of this site.

Announcements between bands during the competition over the public address system.
Food trucks will be granted 20' of linear space with enough room to easily enter and exit the parking lot. Tables for dining will be provided. There will be no electricity or water connections. Food trucks should plan to bring their own water supply and generator.

Competition
The Golden Regiment Invitational creates a balance between different school sizes with invitations being extended to specific programs with the same legacy of performance excellence.
Exhibition Performance
The Golden Regiment Marching Band will be performing in exhibition. The Golden Regiment has been successfully involved in the elite National Bands of America circuit as well as being recognized by the Grammy Foundation as the only Grammy Signature School in Missouri.
The Golden Regiment will debut their 2025 season show in front of the crowd at the Invitational Festival.
